Assigned medium priority because I see the potential for mass adoption. Adding economic incentive to play a chess game differently might attract an audience from web2 chess portals and the marketing strategy of reaching out to big names could make it happen. Need to ask opinions about gameplay and idea overall from chess players.

Rules

The rules are unchanged, but the incentivization for a player to fulfill their quests will slightly change the way they have to conceive chess game tactics. Fulfilling a quest during the game will grant additional rewards for the player winning the game.
Rules are very well-thought. If you play with a chess engine, you won’t earn much, and you need to be creative.
To rank in this leaderboard, players will have to earn Ageless Points (AP) with their Ageless pieces. These pieces can be obtained completely for free and don’t require any investment from players. Obviously, the rewards associated with this leaderboard will be smaller than the Immortal Leaderboard.

No p2e element yet, but you could participate in tournaments with a big prize pool if you are good at chess.
