The Role

Metaguild is looking for an Aavegotchi Partners Lead to leverage our presence in the game.

Responsibilities

• Finding and onboarding Aavegotchi assets holders for Metaguild’s partnership program
• Being in communication with Gotchi owners and informing them about updates and status-checking
• Working with on-chain data

Qualifications and Attributes

• Good communication skills, high EQ
• Being an active member of the Aavegotchi community
• Experience in working in on-chain analytic tools like Nansen.ai and Dune.com

Work Compensation

Metaguild was born crypto-native, and we share values of web3. Our workflow is DAO-inspired but very flexible and pragmatic. We don’t use things that don’t work.

We have a few compensation models, which depend on member commitment and preferences:

• Fixed monthly payment
• Per project compensation and budgeting
• Monthly self-reporting and compensation depending on the amount of work done
• For this particular role, we prefer the revenue-share type of compensation.
