While preparing accounts for our players, Metaguild had already accepted Aavegotchi rules. In spite of this it's a must for all players to read them out to avoid mistakes using account.

We had summarized the key points of the terms and conditions:

1. YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE.
2. The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. People under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts.
3. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason.
4. You represent and warrant that: A) All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete. B) You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary. C) You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside. D) You will not access the Site, the App and the Smart Contracts through automated and non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.
5. Anyone tried either to borrow more than one gotchi from Metaguild, or play with another gotchi that don’t belongs to Metaguild on purpose, will leads us to end his Lending program.
